Lozer Lodge

The Lozer Lodge offers holiday accommodations for small and/or large groups in the Flemish Ardennes. We offer countryside tourism in fantastic surroundings that are ideal for nature lovers, bicycle tours and hikes.

Our holiday accommodations are primarily booked by families of all sizes, groups of friends, clubs and associations. In addition to the above, our corporate guests also make use of our inspirational venue for the organisation of small-scale events or teambuilding sessions.

The grounds cover 6000m² in total, featuring several outdoor terraces and a covered shed (equipped with lighting) where guests can barbecue during the winter and that offers shelter from the rain in summer. Our guests have three pétanque lanes at their disposal: one outdoors and two indoors and equipped with lighting. There are also several swings on the grounds, as well as a large grass square to play football, four go-carts, two children’s bikes and more. The facilities include a bicycle shed and a bicycle cleaning area with water hoses. A heated, closed-in swimming pool with an accompanying pool house was built in 2014. (Please note: the extent to which the pool is heated depends on the outside temperature.) The pool house features separate changing rooms, a shower and sanitary facilities.

The surrounding area Walking and hiking:

• There are numerous foot paths and hiking paths in the direct vicinity, many of which depart from our grounds. The adjoining forest, Lozerbos, is open to the public/ Lozer Lodge has put together several hikes for its guests along a variety of trails, some of which are even accompanied by a quiz! Cycling:
• There are numerous cycling possibilities in the direct vicinity, for both seasoned athletes and recreational sports lovers, who prefer to start slowly. Our grounds are situated near the picturesque Leie region, as well as the finish line of the Tour of Flanders (7km). Bicycles can be rented to groups or individuals. 
• Lozer Lodge offers is its guests a selection of long and short bicycle routes some of which are even accompanied by a quiz.

City excursions: Lozer Lodge is situated amidst lovely natural surroundings, where the fields and forests offer perfect rest and relaxation. However, nearby towns such as Oudenaarde, Waregem and Deinze offer numerous other activities.

Culture Visitors wanting to enjoy a few cultural excursions will enjoy the many attractive museums in the area, including a genuine shoe museum featuring the shoes of various film and pop stars from across the entire globe, a fantastic cartoon centre (unique in Europe!), cultural centres, film theatres…and much, much more!

Brasserie - Gastronomy: Last but not least, Kruishoutem also offers regional gastronomy that caters to every taste. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance, or just a few kilometres from Lozer Lodge that can offer you all of this and more.
